  Mummy Soon   Prenatal  Yoga       

 

 

In this small group of "Mums to be" you will nurture the self and your soon to be born baby,move consciously and safely through postures to stregnthen and maintain your body's flexibility.

 

Not everyone finds relaxing easy so you will learn techniques to relax, focus and breathe.   

These important "skills" will assist you well during labour and facilitate the birth of your child . 

 

Sharing experiences and expressing your joy with other "Mums to be" enhances the unique journey of pregnancy and friendships made often extend beyond the arrival of your child.
