I attended Linda`s first ever yoga class and even though I`m not very supple or bendy, Linda assured me that it wasn`t important as everyone only has to work to their own ability, making yoga suitable for everyone - including me ! 
Linda makes every class different and fun, incorporating all areas of yoga including meditation - so there is always something for everyone.

I have been practicing yoga for 2 years now. Attending Linda's class has helped me through a journey from a curious interest to a now daily home practice.

I have been practicing Yoga for over 6 years and with Linda nearly 3 years now.

I enjoy the classes a lot and find the variety of postures and poses challenging,

refreshing and stimulating. Not only do I find the classes beneficial for my physical health and my general well-being, I also enjoy the spiritual aspect of them. Alongside the actual practice I find it very interesting to learning about the origin of Yoga and the philosophy and what this way of life has to offer the Western world. The special theme nights that Linda offers are an incredible learning experience and a way to open our mind to different  types of Yoga.

I have been attending Linda's yoga classes for just over two years, and I can honestly say they have changed my life.  Linda's classes are built around a predictable structure, but the content is always appropriately varied.  I always find her classes interesting and challenging.  In addition to the regular sessions, monthly Theme Nights have introduced me to new ways of practicing and different schools of yoga.  Linda is always friendly and reassuring.  She has helped me to find a way of practicing which suits my own physical needs.  She has gently encouraged me to deepen my practice and find out more about many aspects of yoga.  Since I started practicing with Linda, when I could barely touch my toes, yoga has become a central part of my life and I try to practice every day.  I even get up at five to do it!

Yoga is central to my life & has helped to give me a focus through the bad times as well as the good.  Discovering yoga has been one of the best things that has happened to me.  I always hated gym & hockey at school and yoga was a revelation to me.
